Learn About My Methods
The Whole Picture
Supervision is tailored to the supervisee and client base. It is a collaborative process that evolves with the relational work and offers a mix of unpacking, reflection, exploration and education bringing the client metaphorically into each session.
Using an adaptive and flexible approach favouring the Seven-Eyed model as a starting point allowing the work to evolve according to the needs of the supervisee and client. You will have a confidential space to work through your whole experience with the clients you bring as well as aspects of your practice whether private or working for an employer.
I work with a wide range of professionals not limited to counsellors and psychotherapists. Anyone working with mental health benefits from this specialised practice.
My clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with life’s various obstacles and my therapy sessions are designed to explore issues and support clients in developing effective tools to help them on their journey to being more fulfilled human beings. This is the same principle I apply to my supervisees working to encourage professional growth through safe, ethical practice.
Your World – Your Way – You Are Important.
