I am an Integrative Therapist meaning I have extensive knowledge, training and qualifications in a wide range of therapeutic styles so I can adapt to meet your needs and I am not limited to one approach. With Integrative Therapy you can have the best of all worlds using various psychotherapeutic methods and collaborative treatment measures including but not limited to Psychoanalysis, Psychodynamic, Analytical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Existential and Logotherapy with a solid core approach based on Person-Centered Humanist principals of value, integrity, empathy and unconditional positive regard.

This is my starting point. I genuinely believe, as complicated as we are, human beings have an enormous capacity for good. It's rarely simple, but having some help goes a long way to developing that intrinsic goodness; like polishing a raw diamond to reveal it's brilliance. Everyone has battles they fight and having someone to listen and support can make all the difference. I have seen the emmense value of the therapeutic process and want this to be available to anyone who is looking for assistance.

 

Life throws up so many complex challenges and we amass a vast number of behaviours and responses, some of which are very unhealthy, and can be entirely unknown to us. The evidence of these is often only in the unsatisfactory results we experience in our lives. I have spent many years developing techniques to seek out, untangle and bring forward these unhealthy mechanisms in the mind. I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients, working diligently to help find them the answers they seek with a wide variety of circumstance. I am privileged to travel with my clients on their unique and amazing journey.
